As a condition of doing business with us, all payments owed to us must be made before or on the date they are due. This help article explains what happens if your payment is late, or if we do not receive a payment for any product, service, or subscription you have ordered.
Late payments
A payment is considered to be late when it is made after the due date on the invoice.
Missed payment
A payment is considered missed if it has not been made within 3 days after your payment or invoice was due.
Suspension of services
If no payment is received by us on the due date, it is considered to be a breach of our General Terms by you, and any associated products, services, and subscriptions will be automatically suspended at 11:59 pm (NZST or NZDT) on the day your payment was due. This means you will not be able to access your services or subscriptions until the suspension is lifted.
Termination of services
If no payment is received after 5 days from when it was originally due, any associated products, services, or subscriptions will be terminated. This will include deleting any of your data stored on our servers such as emails, websites, databases, domains, etc.
Debt collection
If your debt remains unpaid after your services are terminated, we will pass on the details of your debt and your details to a nominated debt collection agency. The debt collection agency chosen by us will then proceed to make attempts to collect the debt owed to us.

Important Note:
If your debt is passed on to a debt collection agency, the original debt will incur additional costs that are charged by the debt collection agency to us, and these must be paid together with your debt directly to the debt collection agency. We will no longer accept a direct payment to us once your debt has been allocated to a debt collection agency.
Legal action
If your debt still remains unpaid, we will pursue legal action via our lawyers. This will incur additional costs such as court and lawyers fees. Our lawyers will write to you once we instruct them to act on our behalf and you may be required to attend a court.
