Getting Started With a Commercial Account

Getting Started With a Commercial Account

We may offer a commercial account to some customers who have a high annual spend with us. A commercial account consolidates billing into monthly invoices with more flexibility to pay for our services at a later date.

Applying for a commercial account

If you are an active customer, you can apply for a commercial account by getting in touch with our Accounts Team who will send you a link to the commercial account application form. This form needs to be filled by an authorised representative of your organisation or business. This person could be a director or a manager, who has the legal capacity to apply for a credit account and sign any relevant agreements.

As part of all commercial account applications, a credit check will be performed to determine eligibility. To proceed with this credit check, the authorised representative of your organisation or business will be required to submit details and copies of their government-issued identity documents such as a driver licence or a passport.

Generally, commercial account applications are processed within 3-5 business days. More time may be needed to confirm some details and we will be in touch to let you know if your application is likely to take longer to decide.

Commercial account benefits

With a commercial account, eligible businesses and organisations get a dedicated line of support with our support specialists located in New Zealand and elsewhere. In addition, the following features are available to eligible commercial account holders:
  1. Monthly invoices - all usage charges during the month are added and billed at the end of the month. The monthly invoices are due after 14 days of being issued.
  2. Commercial discounts - our commercial account holders also benefit from a range of discounts on single and bundled products and services.
  3. Early access - when we improve an existing product or service, or introduce new ones, our eligible commercial account holders can sign up to try them before they are rolled out for all other tiers of customers.
  4. Loyalty points - for select services and products, eligible commercial account holders can earn loyalty points that can be used to claim discounts on other products and services.
We are constantly looking for ways to add value to our commercial accounts.
