Retrieving Your Username

If you have forgotten your username, you can request a reminder email to remind you.

Visit the forgot username page

From a compatible web browser, visit the Forgot Username page by clicking here. You can also copy and paste the following link in your browser if clicking doesn't work: https://my.bissesar.co.nz/client/login/forgot/

Enter your email address

On the Forgot Username page, enter your email address that is registered with us in the Email Address field:

Then solve the captcha puzzle by clicking in the I am human checkbox for antispam. Once you are done, click on the Recover Username button. A confirmation message will be shown and an email containing your username will be sent to you:

View your username by email

Your registered email address will receive an automated email from us. This email will contain your username, as well as the IP address which was used to request the reminder:
