Resetting Your Password

Resetting your My Bissesar account password is easy if you have misplaced or don't remember your password.

Visit the reset password page

From a compatible web browser, visit the reset password page by clicking here. If clicking the link does not work, copy and paste the following link in your web browser: https://btll.ink/csxh

Request a password reset

Once on the reset password page, enter your username in the Username field and solve the captcha puzzle by clicking in the I am human checkbox. Then, click on the Reset Password button:

You will then receive an email containing the instructions to reset your password. You will see the following notice if the system has recognised your username and your email is sent:

Open your email

We will send you an automated email containing the link to reset your password. Sign in to your email to locate the email we have sent. In this email, click on the link to continue:

Choose a new password

Once on the page, enter a new strong password in the New Password field. Enter it again in the Confirm New Password field to confirm. Then click on the Set Password button to save your new password:

You will be automatically logged in to your My Bissesar dashboard once your new password has been set up.
