A My Bissesar account allows our customers to manage their subscriptions and services with us. This help article describes what you can do via your My Bissesar account.
With a My Bissesar account, you can manage and update some of your information, including information about your company or organisation. For security reasons, you cannot change information that is used to verify your identity for support requests.
Manage your products and services
If you have a subscription product or service with us, you can manage them through your My Bissesar account. You can manage the following services:
- Managed WordPress hosting plans.
- Business email hosting.
- Premium SSL certificates, such as COMODO SSL.
- Monthly Enterprise Managed Support (RemoteAssist).
- BissesarCloud Enterprise Backup subscription.
- Productivity and office suites subscriptions, such as Google Workspace.
- Equipment Lease subscriptions (Coming Soon).
Manage your automatic billing
If you have a subscription with us, we require you to have a valid and
accepted credit or debit card on file. With your My Bissesar account, you can manage your billing information and update your card information at any time.

Note:
If you have set up direct debit from your business bank account for your subscription, you will need to contact us to change your bank account information as we will need a new direct debit authority form filled by you.
Order new services
You can also place orders for new service subscriptions through your My Bissesar account.
