Getting Ready For Your Call
It is important that you get ready for your call before you dial out to us. This article contains some best practices and tips for having a quality call time with our Support Staff to ensure your issues or questions are resolved and answered quickly.
Signal quality
Before calling us, ensure you are in an area with a good and reliable network signal. Unstable network signal can cause your call to drop. If the call drops, our team members. may try to call you back but this would be difficult if your network signal is unstable.
Quiet environment
To avoid interruptions during your support call, ensure you are in a quiet environment. This will enable our Support Team members to listen to your conversation without any disturbance. This would also allow you to listen to and follow any instructions our team members provide accurately.
Be near your computer
To provide us with more information so you can accurately describe your issue and follow instructions from our Support Team members, ensure you are near your computer and that it is connected to a stable internet connection.
Our Support Team members can also provide you with remote support if required, which will require you to be logged in to your computer.
Keep your credentials handy
We may need you to log in to the service or application for which you are requesting support. Please ensure you keep any relevant credentials and login information handy.
Important Security Note:
Our Support Team members will never ask you for your passwords, credentials, or login information over the phone, through a support ticket, email, or a live chat session.
