Non Payment

We will terminate the affected services immediately and without notice. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.

If we terminate your service, any associated data and accounts will be permanently deleted and they cannot be recovered or restored. We are not responsible for protecting data or accounts that you have not paid for.

If you are on a postpaid billing system and your invoice remains unpaid for at least 3 days after its due date, we will engage a debt recovery agency to recover your debt. When we do this, the debt recovery agency may add their fees for recovering the debt from you. This means your debt will increase.

At a certain point in the debt recovery process, we may seek court orders to recover the debt from you. If we do this, we will also apply to have all associated legal fees to be recovered from you as well.

Once we reach the debt recovery stage, we may report the details of your default to a credit reporting body. This means that your credit file may have the default listed on it, which will make obtaining future credit and utility accounts difficult.
