Late Payments

When you order a product or service from us, we expect that you will pay us promptly. This article explains what happens when your payments are late. A payment is "late" if an invoice is not paid in full before or on its due date.

Payment Reminders

We try our best to remind you of an upcoming payment, especially if you have a subscription with us. We will email you on the email address you provided us at the time you registered as a customer.

Sometimes our emails can land in your spam or junk mailboxes. Please ensure you check these regularly.

Service Suspension

If your payment is late, we will suspend the affected services immediately.

This is how suspension affects each of our services:

  • Bissesar Business Emails: All mailboxes on your domain will become inaccessible. You will no longer be able to log in to your email through your email client or on the web. Emails sent to your mailboxes will still be delivered, but you will not be able to read them or send new emails.
  • Managed Web Hosting: Your websites and web apps will become inaccessible from a web browser. When someone tries to access your website or web app, they will see a page informing them that your services have been suspended.
  • Web and Software Development: If we are in the process of developing your website or app, all development work will pause while your account has an outstanding balance.
You must contact us and settle any outstanding payments immediately to continue using your services and prevent further action.

Reactivating Your Services

Your suspended services can only be reactivated if you make the outstanding payment within 3 days after the invoice was due. Depending on the service, it may either be activated automatically or we may ask you to contact us to reactivate your services.
