We understand that running a business can become stressful and several factors can influence your business cash flow. If you are a small business owner with an active subscription with us and are having difficulties meeting your subscription payment obligations, we have several options for you.
Let Us Know
The first step to resolving any unexpected disruption to your subscriptions due to payment issues is to speak to us about your situation. We do not need the details about the issue that is affecting your revenue. We only need to know by when you think you can resume making your payments.
More Time to Pay
In some circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may grant you an extension to pay your outstanding balance. This depends on several factors and is considered strictly on a case-by-case basis.
If we give you more time to pay your outstanding balance, we will give you a final payment deadline by which your outstanding balance must be settled in full.
Downgrading Your Licenses
We may recommend downgrading your licenses to ease the financial strain on your monthly payments. If you decide to proceed with any downgrading options, you must realise that the features and exact service specifications usually available to you will be affected.
Pausing Your Subscriptions
You may be able to pause some or all of your subscriptions, depending on the terms and conditions of your agreement with us among other factors. Again, this option is provided at our sole discretion.
If eligible, you can put a temporary hold on your subscriptions, which will allow you more time to settle your balances. If you pause your subscriptions, you will not be allowed to use them until the balance has been settled in full. If we offer to pause your subscriptions, we will provide you with a final payment deadline, by which your outstanding balance must be settled.
