Payment Methods

You can pay for your services and products that you purchase from us using the payment methods we offer.

Credit and Debit Cards

You can use a credit or debit card issued in any country for the following types of purchases:

  • One-off purchases, account top-ups, or balance payments.
  • Paying the required deposit or balance for a project.
  • Subscribing to a maintenance plan or other license subscription.
Your credit or debit card purchases and subscription payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf.

Credit and Debit Card Processing Fees

The following processing fees apply when you use your credit or debit card and it is added to the total amount you owe us:

  • Cards issued in New Zealand: 2.65% of the total amount you are paying plus NZD 0.30 per transaction.
  • Cards issued overseas: 3.5% of the total amount you are paying plus NZD 0.30 per transaction.
You will see and be able to confirm the total amount you are paying before you complete your payment.

Bank Transfers

You can also pay our invoices by transferring your payment amount directly into our business bank account. Our bank account details are available on all our invoices for your convenience.

If you are paying by a bank transfer, please ensure that you include the invoice number and other relevant details on the payment reference. This allows us to identify your payment on our bank statements and financial systems.

Bank Transfer Fees

There are no fees for paying by a bank transfer if you are transferring from a New Zealand bank account.

If you are transferring to our bank account from an overseas bank account, we will add a NZD15.00 bank processing fee to the invoice. Please check with your local bank for information on additional charges you may need to pay for international transfers.

International Taxes

We are not liable to pay any international taxes on sales. If you are paying for a service from another country, please ensure you check any tax payment obligations you may have on your remittance. If the amount we receive is less than the invoice amount because taxes or other fees have been deducted from it, we will hold the shortfall as unpaid balance on your account which must be cleared in full before you can access your services or products.

Direct Debit

If you are a local customer, you can set up direct debits with us to pay for your recurring subscriptions. If you need to set up a direct debit, we will provide you with the link on your invoice.

Our direct debit services are provided by GoCardless.
