Step 1 : Gather Some Information
You can gather some information, such as a website design that you like and any features you specifically need on your website. You do not need to worry if your collection of information isn't accurate - we just need a starting point.
Step 2: Book a Call
When you are ready to talk, book a call using this form. Fill out your information and we will in touch within one business day to discuss your website and the requirements in detail.
You will be contacted by one of our sales representatives via email or phone.
Step 3: Meet With Us
When we contact you, we will try to work out a date and time when you are free to have an initial meeting with us. This is an important meeting because it helps us to understand your project, goals, expectations, etc. in detail.
We prefer to meet virtually using a videoconferencing service such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams (we may use other platforms, too, at our discretion). We will send you a meeting link and any instructions you need to follow to attend the meeting without any difficulties. You need to have a laptop or desktop computer, or a mobile phone or tablet to attend our online meeting.
You usually do not have to download additional app on your computer, phone, or tablet, but we will let you know if we think doing so will make our meeting easier.
If you prefer to meet us in person, we will arrange for a date and time. We can meet you at our office in Auckland CBD through appointments only.
Step 4: Way Forward
After our meeting, we will prepare our proposal and other pre-sales documentation based on the discussions we have had and other factors.
