The Help Center is our portal where our customers can submit, respond to, and manage their support tickets. A ticket must be created for each support request you make.
Who can access it
The Help Center is only accessible to registered users who are existing customers of Bissesar Technologies Limited. Depending on the setup of your organisation or business, we may set up more than one user account. Your access to the Help Center will be valid for as long as you have at least one active subscription with us.
Customers who no longer have an active service with us cannot continue to have access to the Help Center, which means their accounts will be deleted at the termination of their last active subscription.
Use compatible hardware and software
To make the most of our Help Center, you must use a device with specifications that are sufficient to browse the web without any difficulty, including being connected to the internet using a stable internet connection. Additionally, our Help Center must be used from one of the following web browsers:
