Navigating the Knowledge Base
We have tried to make the user interface (UI) of our Knowledge Base as intuitive as we could. This help article discusses how you can find your way through the Knowledge Base to find and read the article you wish to.
At the top-right of our Knowledge Base, you will see the navigation menu, which can be used to perform some functions:
From the menu items, you can click (or tap if you are on a touch-enabled device) to reach the following sections:
- Home - selecting this will bring you back to the homepage of the Knowledge Base. It is best used when you are reading an article and wish to return to the homepage to restart your browsing, or if you are otherwise feeling lost on the site.
- Knowledge Base - selecting this will take you to an alternative layout which will display every category we have.
- Sign In - selecting this will take you to a page from where you can sign in to the Help Center using your email and password.
Helpful Tip:
Clicking our logo on the top-left of the page will also take you back to the homepage.
Categories
We keep the Knowledge Base organised by using categories and sub-categories. To view articles or sub-categories on the Knowledge Base, click on the category name:
Sub-categories
